American Paintball Coliseum in Colorado Springs is looking to fill a keyholder position for someone looking to receive part-time or full-time hours.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to consistently provide professional and friendly customer service
- Baseline understanding of how paintball and airsoft games are played (no experience required)
- Reliable and on time
- Positive social skills
- Available for weekend work
- Capable of opening and closing the store
- Accepting phone calls and making reservations
Job responsibilities:
- Watching for safety when players are on the field
- Processing customer interactions on phone calls or in person
- Helping to clean fields of paintballs and BB's during off time
- Selling merchandise and facilitating groups here to play
- Opening and closing the store on certain days
- Interacting with customers in a fun and energetic way
- Cleaning not limited to tables, rental equipment, playing fields and other areas
- Beginning work on time
